I offer solution-focused hypnotherapy at £80 per session, with a 6-session package for £440, plus specialist programmes: smoking cessation (£300) and phobia treatment (£350). Your initial consultation is always free so we can explore your goals and the best approach for you.

Can we work online?

Yes — we can absolutely work online.
 Online hypnotherapy is just as effective as in-person sessions, and while I’m based in Lydden, Kent, you’re welcome to come to me or join sessions virtually.
