Hello, I’m Becky Upton, and I’m passionate about helping people move forward and thrive through Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

As a scientist by training, I’ve always been fascinated by how the brain works — especially the power of the mind to shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. When I discovered solution-focused hypnotherapy, it felt like the perfect way to combine my love of neuroscience with my desire to make a real difference in people’s lives.

My approach is future-focused and empowering. Rather than dwelling on the past, we work together to create positive change in the present and build the future you want. Whether you’re looking to reduce anxiety, build confidence, navigate life transitions, or simply feel more like yourself again, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I’ve personally experienced how powerful this approach can be. Using self-hypnosis helped me through challenges including anxiety, menopause, and even recovery from Bell’s palsy. These experiences deepened my belief in the mind’s natural ability to heal and adapt — and they inspire the supportive, compassionate space I offer to every client.

What is solution focussed hypnotherapy?

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern, evidence-based approach that combines talking therapy and gentle hypnosis to help you create positive change in your life.
Unlike traditional therapies that focus on past problems, this approach looks at the present and future — helping you discover what you want to achieve and how to get there
